WYN - Joy
This is the Rune of joy and balance. Its meaning and message are those of pleasure, happiness, ecstasy, bliss, and indulging your sense of comfort and safety. It also means moderation in these same things. Overdoing any of them can disturb the balance in one's life. Joy, happiness, bliss, ecstasy, contentment and all the other positive emotions are signs of our spiritual transformation. But, if we cling to any of them, or try to force them into existence, we lose the balance that helped us bring them into being. The thing that brings you the greatest joy can also be the thing that opens you spiritually, as well as offering you your greatest distractions from the path.
